What's the Orange Box?
The Orange Box is a portable cluster system with Metal As A Service (MAAS) and Juju where you can build a full OpenStack cloud or big data solution in minutes. It's perfect for building a cloud in your study. Orange Box v4n key characteristics:
- Portability: weighing 30 lbs. (14kg) alone and 50 lbs. (23kg) with its case, it can fit inside carry-on luggage allowed on most flights
- Serviceability: all its major components can be replaced within fifteen minutes or less using hand tools
